Our fast and effective training is offered in a relaxed environment, which includes significant hands on practice. The program is designed for students to learn at their own pace. The courses can be taken at the school where an instructor will be available for one on one personal attention and coaching. Your progress will be tracked and there are tests at the end of each class to ensure appropriate level of learning is achieved. After completing all of the courses each student will receive the Customer Service/Call Center Certificate. |
