Objective:
To provide the student with the basic knowledge to launch a career as a technician with the skills required to diagnose, disassemble, inspect, repair, and overhaul popular makes of diesel engines, fuel systems, electrical charging, starting, lighting and control systems, drive train, brake, steering and suspension systems used on trucks, marine, industrial and other applications.
In addition, the student will learn through hands-on experience, the safe and environmentally proper operation and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment common to the transportation industry. |
