Master of Leadership and Management

The Master of Leadership and Management (MLM) program curriculum provides broad-based management skills for program graduates. With a focus on leadership in management, students study management and organizational theory, decision making, project management, legal and ethical issues in a global environment, corporate social responsibility, and the application of technology to decision making and communication.

Using case studies, small group interactions, student presentations and research papers, students practice the application of theory to service and manufacturing environments in both profit and nonprofit organizations. Technology integration enhances students’ efficiency and effectiveness in skill development. Leadership and management courses cover a combination of theory, research and practical application in areas such as strategic planning, project management and management-labor relations.

Schedule
Each MLM course is eight weeks long, and courses are sequential. Classes meet one night per week, usually from 6 to 10 p.m. for 24 months.
