There are certain skills you need to begin a career in Appliance Repair. The ICS Canada Appliance Repair Program helps you learn them quickly and conveniently. You'll get hands-on training in:
- Using electrical appliance tools and testers.
- Working with electric heating appliances and fans.
- Working with electric ranges, water heaters, and washing machines.
- Working with motor-driven small appliances, clothes dryers, dishwashers, compactors, and disposals.

ICS Canada is accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC). The DETC is a widely recognized and respected commission with accredited institutions in the United States, Canada, and around the world.
The independent nine-member Accrediting Commission of the DETC was established in 1955. The DETC Accrediting Commission defines, maintains, and promotes educational excellence in distance education institutions. The Commission is dedicated to fostering quality assurance, protection of the rights of the students and institutional self-improvement through voluntary accreditation via peer evaluation.
