Computer Network Technician

The successful student will learn the hard and soft skills pertaining to the Computer Repair and Network Administration environment. The Microsoft XP Professional Operating System will be the primary platform. The student will be trained how to install, configure and troubleshoot computers and computer peripherals in a stand alone and network environments. These hard and soft skills are taught to prepare the student to pursue A+ and Network+ Certification as defined by CompTia.

The student will be introduced to these concepts and skills in a manufacture neutral approach. The student will be trained to install, configure and troubleshoot end user software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
