The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program prepares aspiring or emerging leaders from a broad range of institutional settings to positively impact their organizations and communities. Develop, understand, and apply organizational behavior strategies to lead and manage change effectively within the context of organizational goals. Demonstrate strategic information leadership skills needed to design and monitor organizational communication capabilities and performance. The curriculum explores conceptual and theoretical models of leadership within organizations, emotional intelligence leading change, change management, strategic communication, organizational behavior and human capital management. |
