This degree offers a practical, theory-based interdisciplinary education that stresses both human and criminal behavior, social and cultural dynamics, communication, and leadership. The criminology curriculum addresses the increasingly complex environment in which professionals, associated with crime analysis, law enforcement, public safety and security, the criminal justice system, regulatory agencies and social support, work toward the improvement and transformation of society.
