Negotiation Essentials

Negotiation Essentials is the first eight-week online course in the Executive Certificate in Negotiation track.  Executives note that the further a person advances in the organization, the more that interpersonal skills replace technical skills as a crucial driver for success.  In this course, you will build a solid understanding of competitive interactions and develop the tactics, strategies and interpersonal skills necessary for success when competing over resources, direction, or ideas. 

This course also gives you a chance to practice what you've learned by engaging in hands-on simulations; ultimately learning what processes fit your own individual personality and approach
