This program will prepare you to design and evaluate research in organizations according to evidence-based methods and principles of psychological research in non-profit organizations. You will also evaluate the impact of social and cultural diversity in non-profit organizations, including their missions, governance, and operations. Your coursework will allow you to assess, evaluate and design non-profit organizations' performance, structure, and development as well as give you the ability to apply concepts, demonstrate skills, and evaluate initiatives that are fundamental to the ethical practice of organizational psychology.
