Programming and Data Simulation

This program is designed to cope with the ever-changing demand for trained computer professionals in the field of programming and data visualization. These courses offer an introduction to VB programming, fundamentals of data visualization and design, advanced VB programming concepts, and data design using Flash. Graduates from the Programming and Data Visualization will have the basic knowledge and skills to perform duties that would be required of an entry-level employee in the areas of Visual Basic programming, data visualization, and data analysis. Program content is also configured to assist in the student's preparation for the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) certification.

NOTE: Students must sit for the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) exam to meet graduation requirements for this program.

The program consists of 60 weeks, 72 Quarter Credit Hours of Programming and Date Simulation theory and associated lab work. The program preparation will qualify the graduates for entry level position in fields related to Programming and Data Simulation.

The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
